Pastel
A small friend for your Minecraft server.
Pastel lives in your server folder. Give it a modpack and it handles the awkward parts: the downloads, loader setup, the right Java, keeping everything on the version you picked, and bringing a crashed server back online.

Getting started
- 1
Put Pastel in the folder that will hold your server.
- 2
Tell it which modpack you want to use.
- 3
Start Minecraft. Pastel stays nearby when you need it.
1. Put Pastel in your server folder
Open that folder in a terminal and paste this:
curl -fsSL https://kaf.sh/pastel/install.sh | shA few promises
Pastel is careful about the things you trust it with.
- Checks the files and runtimes it downloads.
- Restarts crashed background servers unless you turn it off.
- Verifies each release before updating itself.
- Waits for the server to stop before changing the pack.
- Leaves your
world/folder alone. - Lets you preview a refresh before it happens.
