To access certain features, you must create an account using Discord OAuth authentication. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kaf.sh and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and contacting us to delete your account data.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
